How To Stay Productive?!
How many times have you
tried to be productive in your life, but have failed to do so? When was the
last time you had to finish up with something really important, but then your
friend texted you to come over to his/her place as a part of a small gathering
and you were unable to say no? Always!
In today’s highly
advanced and innovated world, we find it really difficult to focus on our
goals. It is filled with highly unpleasant and constant distractions, which prevents us and pushes us away in pursuing of what is really important.
“Productivity is never an accident. It is always the
result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort.”

Three Simple Steps
This blog article
would help you in staying productive and much more organized in your daily
life. This is possible with just 3 simple steps:
1.
List Down The Daily
Tasks
Keep a diary and list down the things
which you have to do or complete the very next day. You call these listed things
as your daily tasks. Penning it down not only
keeps you focused but also keeps you motivated throughout the day. Many people prefer to use sticky notes on their desktops, which is again not a bad idea!
2. Prioritize
There are times when you find that the
list is too long and that you may not be able to complete all of the tasks,
which you have assigned for yourself, within a given day. In this case you
always prioritize the tasks which already have a given deadline. E.g. if you are a college student
then you might want to mention your assignments or your academic projects on the
top of the list.
3. Mark your performance
Make sure to mark your performance on a
scale of 10 at the end of each day. There might be certain tasks that you have
left incomplete or have completely missed out. Rating yourself on a daily basis
would not only motivate you to accomplish your daily tasks but a good score would also give you a sense of achievement and a sense of accomplishment.
“The tragedy in life doesn’t lie in not reaching your
goal. The tragedy lies in having no goal to reach.”
Benjamin E.
Mays
Much More!
The above three
steps are not only meant to keep you productive but to also provide you with a sense
of direction in your life. It would make you ambitious and help you recognize
your goals. It would prevent you from blowing out aimlessly in your life.
I hope that this blog
article would motivate you to start your day with full determination and helps
you to be productive and stay focused throughout your entire day.
